I ordered two pairs of earrings they did not have in stock. James had me fill out a card and said he would call me when the order came in. I called back because I never heard from him. Instead of trying to rectify the issue he basically insinuated it didn’t happen and I made it up. People make mistakes and I can understand that but you don’t blame it on the customer when you lose their order. Officially the worst service I have ever received.
