I was in the area on business and needed a place to get my hair system serviced and was referred to Christoffels and I was pleasantly surprised on just how great the experience was as I was nervous to have someone work on me that I did not know.. again I was very pleased and will return when back in the area:)
“Personal” consolation could have been a email. Didn’t want to restore my hair and instead suggested a $500 monthly subscription to gluing a wig on my head. So I wouldn’t leave a bad review just for the… over priced… suggestion but again just glancing at my head and telling me I’m to far gone could have been done by a email and saved me a hour of my life. Also specialist was 15 minuets later for the appoint.
They have a couple of different methods available for your hair restoration desires. Initial consultation went way better than expected and Sara was & continues to be exceptionally kind, courteous, & welcoming. I'm so lucky to be teamed with Megan. She is a bright, shining star of positive light and precision expertise during every appointment. Highly recommend!
Great service and polite staff. We were well informed on options but didn’t realize that you can’t get the surgery right there in Sioux Falls. You have to fly to Minnesota or Nashville. We were unaware of that and disappointed. It’s expensive the way it is so not enough saved to take a trip as well.
