Took WAY too long (>6 weeks) to do a simple 5 minute repair. Will not be going back, unfortunately. I had a simple repair on a very sentimental necklace that I brought in. I had the same repair done a year ago at another local jeweler and they fixed it on the spot in less than 5 minutes. Very disappointed. I’ve been looking for a place to resize my watch and I found them on google maps. Checked the times they were open, it was weekend, so I waited until Wednesday when they are open again. I drive there and they are closed for an entire month after they say they are open on google and google maps.
My husband passed away about a year and a half ago. We were married two weeks short of 42 years. My husband had bought me different jewelry from Cristo’s and Todd repaired many items. About two months ago I bought my wedding ring and engagement ring in and Todd designed and made them into a beautiful necklace. It means so much to me and so close to my heart. Thank you Todd!
