Best tree lot experience we’ve ever had! No waiting around. Randall pulled out trees for us and was very patient and personable, couldn’t have asked for better customer service. And we walked away with a beautiful tree at a reasonable price to boot!🎄
They are trying to sell Costco or home Depot trees for double and even triple the price! I would not recommend going here! I have been living in this area for 5 years now so I decided to give this place I try but their prices are horrible. I should have brought the lube with me. That's how screwed I felt! Years later and I still love this place! The giys were so friendly and helpful and we got the modt beautiful tree ever. Thank you for starting our holiday right! We got a Frand Fir this time a d super happy. --Great. JD helped us find the perfect Douglas Fir.
Will not be returning next year. They charged us $50 for a tree stand. The prices are ridiculous!!! I ended up paying $185 for the tree and $55 for a stand. Ridiculous. Do they know what's going on around the world? The only good thing about this place was that the guys were very attentive and wanted to make sure we got the right tree. Not worth it! Again, will not be returning next year!
Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. Not only do I got the nicest tree I have ever had, I also had the easiest time getting it. Normally it's an operation and you have to kind of demand help at everywhere else but these guys were on the lookout and came right over when they saw me hovering around the one tree. I didn't have to guess about how much it was going to cost or where to pay or how things were going to go. Not just a beautiful tree but a fantastic customer service experience.
