My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience The circumstances were especially trying in that we moved out of NY state shortly after putting our camp up for sale. Becky made the entire process quick, professional, easy and stress free. She sold our camp like it was her own, doing everything necessary to sell it as soon as possible. Today we closed on our new home in upstate New York. To purchase was facilitated by Nikole and her team while we were living in PA. This type of transaction is typically difficult but Christmas Country Homes did an excellent job of keeping things on point, on time and were excellent communicators. We saw a property online that we wanted to check out for a little fixer upper get away home. Nikole was wonderful throughout our home buying experience. She was very quick to set up appointment to view our home, and to answer questions when we had them. :)
Nikole was easily available to schedule home showings as well as to answer any questions that I had. She took my desires of a home into consideration and provided homes in my area that she though would fit. She always kept in touch throughout the closing process, keeping me up to date on anything new that was occurring. Communication through email was always timely which made my buying process so much easier. For anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent, I would highly recommend her.
