JC was always pompous at appointments but I attributed that to competence which was not true because every patient deserves respect and I was wrong. As a retired army nurse, I worked with many medical professionals, lots of attitude too!! I truly felt assaulted during anesthesia local injections, pain, increased HR, and administrative staff cornered me in the dental chair to pay for implant removal, I had yet to be informed about any procedure yet or to ask any questions.
