Did a bad job on my chimney in July 2019, which resulted in a leak in my child's bedroom. Provided 10 year warranty. My wife and I tried to get him to take a look for several weeks. We called or texted 5 times and each time we were told he would get back to us in a few days. Finally, we had to hire someone else to fix the chimney. Quite unpleasant person to talk to as well. Overall, very unprofessional.
