RecommendedWe lived here for about 3 years. Best part was maintenance. Office staff was ok. Security never answered the phone. I thought they were fair in returning our deposit. Overall good place for families. Only real negative, people don't keep their dogs on leashes enough.

i have been at these apartments for almost 2 weeks, so far they are ok. we were told the apartment we were moving into had roaches from previous tenants, the staff here are more than willing to help take care of it by having the exterminator come every week that they come. however, they said we'd see more dead than live roaches, that hasnt been the case. i get it can also be the weather, but seeing so many live ones while being here thus far is unpleasant. 1 of our toilets has had to get unclogged twice, once the 2nd night w... read more

I absolutely love this place and the staff (Especially Latoya)! They are so incredibly helpful and so sweet I am so glad I chose this place to rent from, plus the bedrooms are huge! Large living rooms and a nice sized kitchen. Absolutely in love! If you are looking for a nice apartment go talk to Latoya she’s super sweet and helpful!
So far been living in apartment a little over 2 months no complaints at all this complex is flawless the grounds are very well kept and their Maintenence staff is great always willing to help very quickly and efficiently awesome place !!!
The worst management I had to deal with. Not helpful, greedy and rude. Sucks that I have to stay and pay this people for a whole year!!! PLEASE PEASE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!! There is more and better options around Corpus Christi, TX.
