I had a great experience at Christine’s Hair & Nails Studio. I originally wanted a straight cut hairstyle, but Christine was very honest and professional in explaining that it might not give the best result because of my hair structure and texture. I have been seeing Christine for over 16 years. Every time I get a cut I am inundated with people asking me where I got my hair done. I never have to worry about the way it will look "post salon", when I wash and dry it myself. If you have a great basic cut, it will always look good for a long time after. Christine has been at this for a long time and knows what she is doing. She is just one of those people who instinctively knows what looks good on a person and how to make that happen. Horrible Experience — Avoid This Salon! I went in asking for a simple trim — just two inches off the ends — and somehow walked out with chunks missing from my hair. The length was completely uneven, and instead of fixing it, the stylist flat-ironed my hair to hide how bad the cut really was. When I washed it later, I realized just how uneven and choppy it actually looked. Christine was referred by a friend and she was super kind. I got a bob haircut and I love it. She also trimmed my daughter’s bangs and it’s so natural, no just straight across. Can’t wait to go back to colour my hair. :)
