Called and made an appointment as a new patient, waited for months. Called today when I didn't get a confirmation call and there's no appointment in their system. No apology. No offer to try to make it right. They had my email and information in their system, so obviously someone had gotten that far on the other end of the phone, but had never put the appointment in. Make sure if you are a new patient that you get some kind of email confirmation from them.
