Due to a mistake by FEMA, my lender was dropped as an insured for my required flood insurance. I was unknowingly was canceled from my original annual low premium flood insurance, and would have to establish a new flood policy at 3 times the previous premium. Lizzy at Christine Tickner State Farm caught this, and worked together with me, to get my lender and FEMA on several conference calls to prove FEMA made the error, not anyone on the lender side.
