Dr. Kitt is an extremely excellent diagnostician and a professional friend. She can take one look at you and can tell you how you feel. Now that's a gift. I used to be on antibiotics once a month every month with my old doctor. I barely go on antibiotics in a year. Just your routine bronchitis a few times a year. Dr. Kitt is a compassionate person. Her smile makes a dreary day turn into one with hope and sunshine! ??
Not very organized- I think the Norwell Group is too large as they have difficulty handling easy tasks that make patients lives easier...like sending in authorizations for surgeries...should be an easy thing...other than that she was great but unfortunately these tasks have huge effects for people as deductibles are a big issue with timing of procedures...now i have to wait another year to have a necessary procedure...sucks
