Went in for my first time last Friday. Not one person greeted me or acknowledged that I was even there. I finally got in the chair 20 min later. I asked for a trim - which I got - but then decided I wanted it cut shorter in the back. That was all she did! no blending. It looks so stupid. Went back yesterday, again, was never greeted or acknowledged. When I finally spoke up and explained that I just needed a quick fix she was not apologetic and told me it would be at least an hour.
