This salon has the worst customer service. –EVER!!! I’ve never had or even heard of a stylist that’s refused to fix something a client was unhappy with, especially in the hair industry! Robin, the stylist at this salon is horrible! Expectations were high since she was so expensive and a friend referred me. I borrowed money to afford our visit.
