Dr Riley never available I have attempted to see Dr. Riley two times. The phone people have been rude both times. The first time I was scheduled to see a nurse practitioner and I was told I would see the doctor. The second time I insisted I see the doctor and was told she was not available for two months. I am going elsewhere.
Condescending and rude I just had an appointment and found Dr. Riley to be very condescending and rude. She was upset with me for refusing to reschedule an appt (which I had made months previously) They frequently ask you to do that. She has never had a particularly warm bedside manner, but she has never been rude. She attributed it to having had a "long day" when I questioned her about it. She completely dismissed my medical concerns and made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I changed gynecologists immediately!
Best Gynecologist I totally agree, Dr. Riley is really incredible. I would trust her with my life and have actually. I have been her patient for the last 5 years. Her staff, Mary Jean, Rachel and Kim are great! She did surgery on me last year and she was amazing. I couldn't believe how I bounced back so quickly. She delivered my baby 3 years ago and I couldn't have received better care. I was rescheduled once because she had to do an emergency c section on someone but they got me right back in. Great gynecologist I had an appointment with Dr. Riley last week. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. It was only my second gynecological exam, so I don't have a lot to compare it to. I would defintely go back to her. Great Doctor, Nurse and Staff LOVE this office. Always a smile of their faces and willing to help. I have been going for the last year and a half and I am so pleased. I transferred from another local Ob gyn office that was just so busy and so impersonal so it has been very refreshing. I have met everyone there and have had a few visits and it has alwys been great. GREAT STAFF AND DOCTOR!! I have been a patient of Dr. Riley's for the past 9 years. She has delivered my two children and she has seen me for a few issues and has always been wonderful. She has the best staff, friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable. I have no idea where this person gets you have to wait 8 months to get in-that is absurd. HORRIBLE SERVICE I had a the same horrid experience as others have expressed.The front staff was so nasty and rude.
