RecommendedI've been seeing Dr. Kniffen since 2013 and have had consistently great care since then. This was the first place to not just give me exams and update my prescriptions, but took the time to explain the process for making glasses and how I can best fit style with my prescription. It is always challenging to find new service providers when you move often. Dr. Kniffen’s professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge, made my visit enjoyable and comfortable. I’m thankful to have found my new eye doctor for Albuquerque!
Christine. M. Kniffen O.D. was very friendly and informative. Her assistant was very sweet and nice. The only problem I had was the wait, I was scheduled at 10am and I was seen at 10:30am. The first time I went they didn’t even have me down after they made the appointment with me over the phone. They need someone who can setup the appointments and remembers to mark them down so this doesn’t happen again!!!! Over all the Dr. and her assistant were great, no problem with them ☺️
Excellent service and doctor was incredibly caring and made sure all is well with my vision with knowing I have diabetes!!
