Doctor houlihan is one of the best child psychiatrist doctors I've ever met. However I had to cancel an appointment on the same day due to no money for gas. The receptionist that it was still put in as a no-show. And that the account was notated. I just feel that circumstances like mine should have a deeper looking into.
I would absolutely give this place 0 starts if I could. We have been waiting for our 2 1/2 year old to be seen since 2022. Our kid woke up throwing up the day of his appointment so I called to reschedule, which we did for September. 10 minutes later my wife gets a call saying our toddler is no longer welcome as a patient. These people and their policies don't give a $%&@ about the needs of children. Only the money that is lost with a no show because of a sick kid. Absolutely pathetic.
