UPDATE- I am no longer recommending this doctor, practice or Summa. Post my visit, I had testing that required further action. Even in leaving two messages for the doctor/nurse, my calls were not returned. I am extremely disappointed and will not return to this practice. I need a doctor who is willing to collaborate on my care and answer questions when needed not only at an annual exam.
Very good at listening and addressing problems
Dr. Arnold is a great doctor. She is kind, listens to you, explains things, does not get in a hurry. I highly recommend her.
