From the moment we got into labor and delivery, every staff member was caring, personal, and professional! I ended up having an unplanned C-section and everyone was knowledgeable and confident. The nurses on the post partum floor were amazing with us as new parents and there was ample resources to help us succeed as we left! I’d recommend Akron Summa for a birth anytime. Dr. Arnold was professional, caring and informative. I will absolutely go to her for our next baby!
