I admittedly was late. I completed the check-in info on the app but was given multiple forms that were later taken from me and I was told they were not needed because I did them on the app. Frustrating. I don't know if we completed all of the actual required forms correctly because we were in with the Dr before I could properly read them after wasting time in the other forms. The Dr seemed rushed.
