I do not recommend this practice at all. Doctor is quite nice and explains well.. until she does not agree with you at whicy point she becomes highly judgmental and patronizing. I left the office feeling disrespected and looked down upon. During a walk in apt, do not expect to be seen they will not accomodate you.. straight to the ER for a simple fever. Dealing with the appointments line is very frustrating. My baby is sick and I tried to make an appointment and they told me I would get a call back and I didn’t. When I called again - explaining the sick infant - they offered me an appointment in a month. It should be obvious I don’t need an appointment for an active illness in a month. I have never heard of a practice that can’t take kids within a day or two who are actively sick. My last practice could see him same day always. Doctor Cuevas has been not only my children’s doctor she is also part of the family. Both my kids have been there since birth for 1 and 4 YRS for the other. Now 13+ years later she will be our grand baby’s doctor too. The best part of her on top of knowing her stuff is she takes the time to really talk to the kids. Thank you so much family (Dr. Cuevas) and Brianna.
She is wonderful and super attentive!
