I have been a Kaiser member for 30 years and I've mostly had a good experience. Dr. Yeoh Hauser is not that. Although she has a polite and friendly demeanor, she does not take it seriously if you have a medical concern. On one visit, she was more interested to hear about how I dye my red hair instead of my actual health. As I've read in other reviews from people's experiences, she is rather dismissive and would rather not look into things. At most, maybe she'll order labwork but not really care beyond that. She’s a very sweet, warm and attentive doctor! And she has such a great personality! She listened to my health concerns and took care of my issues. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. She is a wonderful care provider! I am very happy to have her as my new primary care physician.
Wonderful Dr. has a great, caring personality and would highly recommend.
Didn’t listen to me or my ailments. She just wanted to talk about non related medical things and about her life. Didn’t care about me or my health. I hope no one is under her care cause she seems like a terrible care provider. I felt completely disregarded and she just nicely told me to go away. Seriously if you get her as your care provider ask for somebody else.
