Doctor is likeable but was not successful in treating my fairly common allergy (dust mites) with an expensive "cutting edge" medication. No other credible options available after that. They also overcharge on general office visits with no real services rendered. Overall, not satisfied.
Dr. Rauscher is outstanding. She was able to diagnose and treat an allergy issue I have been dealing with for over forty years. She is a vital member of a complete care team.
While I understand nothing is just black and white, Dr. Rauscher says one thing during appointments and then changes course via messaging in the app and never gives you a complete understanding of what is actually going on. Things are never discussed on why you need certain things done, more or so just told do this or you wont get treatment. When you call her office to discuss she doesn't call back in a timely manner. While messaging in the app is convenient it's very impersonal and things can be misunderstood.
She is amazing. Spent nearly an hour with me discussing every concern I had and offered me so many solutions.
Dr. Rauscher is the first doctor to thoroughly look at my systemic symptoms and propose a true diagnosis. She delved deep into my history to find the source of my idiopathic allergic reaction. She is up to date on the latest allergy research, and she was able to look at my tryptase level - which was technically "normal" - and point to a recent research study that indicated I should have genetic testing for the duplication of a gene that might be causing my reactions.
