Dr. Hansen always listens to my questions and concerns. She and her staff provide amazing customer service. This is one of the best dental groups in the Bay Area. I have been visiting Dr. Hansen for about two years.
My triannual cleaning appointment was smooth and easy as always. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr Hansen's staff are pleasant and professional, and do their best to make me comfortable while they work.
Broke a tooth on an extra hard crust. CH's office saw me the day after I called and fixed it.

I can honestly say, the staff here are second to none. When you arrive, you are greeted immediately by name and moments later speaking with whomever you're scheduled to see. The staff are extremely nice and all seem to enjoy doing their work. I enjoy going here despite my dental aversion. They've made me trust dentist again.
The group was willing to take me on short notice and address unforeseen issues on the spot. Great service, great attitude.
I can never say enough about the wonderful treatment I receive and the wonderful staff! Going to the dentist for me is like going to see my old friends, I love everyone there!
