Chris did a great job of selling my townhome. I live out of state and relied on her to make sure everything was taken care of. She arranged for furniture to be removed, repairs and for a thorough cleaning. There were things that needed a handyman to fix and some lawn work. Chris was ontop of everything calling me with updates. She went by the house weekly to check on things. I never worried about anything.
