As an Ohio resident, and a retiree, back in 2021 I was relishing the idea of escaping winter snow and ice and becoming a snowbird. Chris was just the person I needed to help me shop for a house from 800 miles away. Four-plus years later I’d realized that the snowbird life was not for me, and once again, from 800 miles away, Chris helped me sell the house I’d bought in 2021. Chris did a great job of selling my townhome. I live out of state and relied on her to make sure everything was taken care of. She arranged for furniture to be removed, repairs and for a thorough cleaning. There were things that needed a handyman to fix and some lawn work.
