I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about, this is the BEST salon I've ever been to! She should understand that many women have APPOINTMENTS so they may go in before someone who just walked in. I have happily waited for my favorite girl...in the massage chair, watching the big screen tv, drinking free coffee. Christina makes everyone feel like family, the girls are wonderful, the service is exceptional. I have sent many friends here and they all feel the same. Uptight clients. Staff takes regulars before walk-ins. My friend and I waited over 1 hour for a pedicure by one staff member while 3 others walked in and got service immediately.Save your money these people are not worth it.
