It's frustrating ever trying to get a simple appointment. Can't ever speak to a real person just goes to an operator. Does not respond to MyChart messages. Had to switch to another provider. Syndromic of getting care at UCSD in general.
She refused to see me, even though my primary care referred me to her. Her reason: too much teaching?!? Her office then referred me to a outside network for-profit scam operation called Passport Health.
My wife was under Dr Le's care for several years for very complex health issues. I found Dr Le's commitment to high quality care, her level of concern and her willingness to partner with patients and families to be exceptional. She's an outstanding physician.
No respect for patient's concerns or answer questions. Does not say hello when she enters the room. Goes straight to the computer. Talks to computer instead of patient. Does not smile. Rude. Makes you feel you are a burden. I wouldn't recommend this doctor.
