We had attempted having dinner at Christina’s after they moved to the Nutt house, and learned that reservations are highly recommended. We wanted different than a casual diner to celebrate a special occasion, and the restaurant came back to mind. The historic building and decor give the place a more refined and classy dinning experience. We ordered the crab cakes, gumbo and the salmon. Beautifully plated and the service was attentive and knowledgeable.
We made a reservation for a birthday dinner for 4. Had the most lonely time and truly the BEST waiter BRYCE! UPDATE - 2 years later - Went to the new location for date night. Bryce is now managing. The ambiance of new location is wonderful. Staff is really good too! Cocktails are nice and decent wine list. However… The special was a strip steak. I was impressed with the presentation. I came here today with my little family and they did not disappoint. I had the filet mignon tacos and omg. It just melts in your mouth and it was so well balanced! My son had a grilled cheese and he NEVER eats his food when we go out. He gave a thumbs up and told us just how good it was. Didn’t get a picture of my husbands prime rib sandwich but he loved it. We split the Wagyu and eggs brunch item and cant say enough about the taste and the quality. Elizabeth was an awesome server. Atmosphere is nice. We definitely will revisit. Next time for dinner!
