Very satisfied. I am not a big fan of the dentist, but they make me feel comfortable. And I am looking forward to getting all my dental issues resolved.
My daughter started going to Dr. Mason first. She is terrified of dentists, and when how I saw how Dr. Mason handled her situation I was totally sold. I had not been to the dentist in years, I did not like dentists, I hated the process of going to the dentist, and having them send you elsewhere to have a tooth pulled, etc. Dr. Mason does it all, and does one terrific job. I have and will continue to recomend her to everyone I know! Thanks for being there for us!
Excellent service and wonderful staff from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Mason, herself! Sometimes they run a bit late, but that has to do with not rushing with their patients, and is a small price to pay for the peace of mind of knowing you're getting excellent care.
I began seeing Dr Mason after moving to Concord about 7 years ago and have never been unhappy with services I've received. Their expertise and professional manner are strengthened by a welcoming and approachable atmosphere.
Staff cares about your comfort and makes every effort to make the dental procedures as painless as possible.
I come about 35 miles to see Dr. Mason and crew. they are great at keeping me out of pain and happy. This is important because before I came to Dr. Mason's office nobodt did this and I had stopped going to dentists. Now I've been with Dr. Mason for 10 years and she and her crew have always been fantastic to me.
I was never very fond of dentists and had a bit of a phobia I guess you could say until now. The staff here are so kind and the work I have had done so far is amazing to me. My fear of painful dental work was proven to be a myth, and all I can say is thank you guys for everything so far.

Dr. Mason and her staff are very professional and caring. Dr. Mason is an outstanding dentist. I have had other bad experiences with other Dentists over the years prior to becoming Dr. Mason's patient. She has been my dentist for 10 years.....I want to thank Dr. Mason and her staff for making me very conmfortable when I visit her office.....
