Dr. Mason and her staff are the best. Everyone always goes out of their way to make me feel very comfortable whenever I go in for an apopointment.
I have been a patient of Dr Mason for over 17 years and have always received the best treatment possible. The office has a real 'family' atmosphere. I had an old crown replaced and the new one by Dr Mason looks totally like a real tooth. The black line at the top with the old crown has disappeared completely.
I got into the office the same day I called. Everyone was pleasant and peaceful. I felt in good hands the whole time I was there. The crown was removed, cleaned and re-cemented in a short amount of time. Thank you to all.
My initial procedure was completed under Oral Consciousness Sedation. Coupled with this type of sedation and the skills of Dr. Mason, the procedure was non intrusive. and painless. Dr. Mason is awesome.
In a recent visit to her office, Dr. Mason's staff noticed an issue which ultimately required me to have oral surgery. Her staff were very professional in taking care of it, and Dr. Mason tried everything she could to alleviate the necessity for surgery. Throughout the experience, Dr. Mason and her staff made me feel that they truly cared about my well-being and my comfort. I was your typical "text book" individual who had not visited, for a variety of reasons, including lack of dental insurance, a dental office for over 15 years. No excuses, merely factual. Not to mention that I was literally petrified of going to the dentist in the first place. When an appointment was scheduled for me, I was so apprehensive, scared, anxious and very embarrassed of the overall appearance of my teeth.
