I've had a great experience with Sue as my hygenist. She was aware of my horrible and painful past dental experiences and has been incredibly gentle. Sadly, today was a different story. I had impressions taken for a bite guard and the gal (not Sue my hygienist) used a plate that was too small so it ended up being jammed up against my "bulbus bone" on my upper back jaw which she didn't know was present. I thought they dentist was very caring and seems to put lots of effort into delivering a good experience for the patients. She went the extra mile. Clean office. Efficient and caring staff. I would say excellent place to go for your dental needs.
