RecommendedThe location is a perfect distance away from the University to not be caught in the college traffic, but close enough to visit main street for a meal or have one easily delivered. It's also perfect distance to 95 in both Delaware and Maryland (depending on where you're going). It's a good location with good people and good amenities.
Amazing place. Staff girls too, helped and did above and beyond - now you're home, and you're welcome. When my wife saw hand-written welcome notes from Christie, she started crying. It all takes heart, and this girls there for you, and they do the magic
I visited the open house this past Saturday and was very impressed! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to create a fun welcoming environment. The apartment complex is very nice and well kept. Great place! 👍🏻

We are loving our new home. The staff go above and beyond to help. Maintenance staff is great and any repair needed is addressed immediately. There is a full fitness center and clubhouse for our use. The pool and tennis courts are an added bonus. I'm also looking forward to having my own space to plant vegetables when spring comes. All in all this is a great place to live.
Very friendly inviting people! Amazing area and location.
