Heartless and unprofessional. Wish I had never gone here.
I really like Dr. McDonald. However the last time I saw her. I was told that a bone density scan would be a good idea and did I want one. I thought the way it was suggested that of course it is covered by my insurance under preventative. It wasn't. Had I known I would have never got the test done. I didn't need the test and I wasted 2 hours in drive time just to get it. Please check with your insurance companies before you have any test done. Make sure it's covered and if you don't absolutely need a test, don't get it. I wil... read more
I wish everyone could have the kind of doctor that Dr. McDonald is! She is kind, compassionate and really cares. She's been my doctor for around 10 years and I so appreciate the relationship that has developed over the years. She is so willing to discuss any issues and always gives me the insight I need to make informed decisions on what is best for my health. And bonus? The office staff and nurses at the clinic are exceptional!
