I’m at Dr. Hall I believe in February for the first time, I was absolutely delighted to meet her, and even better yet to know that Emory was moving down in the Coweta county, assisting patients that have gone to other practitioners that aren’t near as sympathetic as she is, and actually listen to you, like a real person, and takes care of you like a true doctor should do. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and attempted to check in with Tina at the front desk. She asked to scan my ID picture into my chart and I told her that I don’t mind providing ID to verify my identity but I didn’t want it attached to my chart. This was my first visit to this office and to be honest…I always got pushback when I explain this at other healthcare facilities, but it’s never been a problem…Tina said it was their policy and that she’d need the ID in order for me to be seen.
