Dr. Diaz is a great doctor. Caring, listens well, explains what is going on with the patient. However, the staff is the worst I have ever experienced! My pharmacy called to get an RX refilled, but they could get no response. I called but they say leave a message and they will return the call in a “timely” manner….It has been over 2 months….when is “timely”??? A couple of times they scheduled the incorrect procedures for me and Dr. Diaz had to be called by Baycare. I decided if I still need a neurologist, I will have my prima... read more
Dr. Dias listened well to my concerns and answered them.
Dr. Diaz is very professional yet personable. I was able to discuss worrisome problems which she either explained what was happening or would order tests to determine the cause.
I never got to see Dr. Diaz. The first appointment I had in October was canceled since I was in the hospital. My daughter canceled the appointment. I had an acute pulmonary embolism and was admitted to St. Anthony’s Hospital.. The doctors were concerned that if I fell and hit my head it would not be good since they put me on Eliquis.. When i got home I called an got an appointment for today. Due to Hurricane ETA I needed to cancel my appointment. I cannot get in until December. Dr. Diaz has been my elderly father's neurologist for almost 3 years and I find her extremely professional, kind and considerate. His dementia has progressed quite rapidly but she is always very kind to him and it's appreciated that she comes to welcome us in the waiting room herself.
She is very knowledgeable with a perfect bedside manner. She is compassionate and won't stop looking for answers for me. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Diaz has been wonderful to work with. She take a the time to explain my test results and her recommendations thoroughly. She doesn't rush through the visits, she patiently answers both mine and my husband's questions. Her staff returns calls promptly. I always have the feeling that she truly cares about me and my condition and getting me well. She has been great to work with in my medical crisis. She is professional but compassionate.
