Dr. Lam is very professional with a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time needed in room 1 on 1 & never has made me feel rushed or less than important. In fact, She goes above & beyond to make sure I'm emotionally doing well too which is more than what most Drs do. She also responds quickly to my MyChart messages as long as they're directed to her. Staff is hit n miss. I appreciate all she does!

Great OB! I had a great experience working with her. She always took time to answer all my questions. She’s knowledgeable and supportive.
She has a very poor bedside manner. I had a very bad experience meeting with her for the first time and also with her assistant teem. I’m not going to visit her anymore. She made me cry and left me alone without helping me get out of bed right after she told me that she THOUGHT it’s cancer without having any test results yet. When I said that I’m going to have a second opinion she banged the door shut and left. It was a very emotional time for me.
