I just have to shout out Miss Lisa Fite because she is seriously the best. Every time I talk to her, it honestly feels like I’m just talking to a friend, which makes everything so much more comfortable. She’s super knowledgeable, but what I love most is that she never makes me feel dumb for asking questions. She takes her time, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and I never feel rushed or brushed off.
