One of the worst doctors besides Camacho. Both with incredibly horrible bedside manner. Dr. Jackson told me I was going to die of a heart attack because I was doing keto (I was trying to lose weight as well as lowering my glucose). She said I should be on a plant based diet. I also told her that I was in excruciating pain due to the SPD I was experiencing (since Camacho wouldn’t refer me to a physical therapist or get me a god damn wheelchair). Dr. Jackson is such a caring a d kind doctor
My first experience with Dr. Jackson wasn't a great one. I did not like the way she delivered her information about my health and pregnancy. She didn't come off warm and concerned but more like you're at risk for this and that so you need to do this and that. It's funny how you they want you to meet all of their Drs but they don't remain on the same page for your care for your pregnancy, basically from everything Dr Tobia told me at my visit before her, she said and did the total opposite.
I have been trying to make a new patient appointment at this office for the past two weeks with no luck. I have let a half dozen voicemail messages with no response! I even tried to schedule an appointment online, but you can’t if you are new. Extremely diss appointed by the lack of customer service
I met Dr. Jackson on one of the worst days of my life. I had gone to the ER for abdominal pain with my first pregnancy. The ER doctors suspected an ectopic pregnancy and I was transferred to a room to be seen by Dr. Jackson. On a horrible day, Dr. Jackson gave us hope. She gave us the option to closely monitor lab work.
