Christina is a great realtor and is very professional and helpful. We engaged her to find a rental house and she gave us very good advice and helped us find a house that we liked. We were trying to find a place while we were still living in a different state and she was our person on ground and showed us the place via Facetime. She also communicated with the listing agent and negotiated favorable term that helped us close the deal quickly. I would highly recommend her.

I am the buyers agent who recently purchased a home from Christina. It was a wonderful experience. It was a slightly different case than what we usually handle, and the case requires very good communication and strong negotiation. Christina presented the house very well, and my buyers fell in love with it immediately. The transaction process was really pleasant.
