Dr. Biancho was super responsive and caring when O consulted her in connection with a small facial tumor that will require radiation therapy that may impact my teeth. I regret filing a negative comment over a trivial issue in our first meeting. When I urgently needed her attention, she responded promptly, expertly and in a caring fashion. I can now recommend her unreservedly.
No receptionist was there when I arrived in each of my last two visits. In fact, the receptionist desk had been removed.Dr. Bianco applied Novocain when I requested it, but immediately resumed the procedure before the Novocain took effect. At the conclusion of the procedure. Dr.Bianco rushed out without inquiring as to my well being or giving me any advice. If she had stayed, I would have discussed my concerns in person instead of on this website.
