Christina assisted us in purchasing a lot where we plan to build our future home in a few years. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and located the property of interest ourselves, but did need a local agent to handle all the details. I cannot say enough positive things about Christina. She recently handled the sale of a property from my husband's estate and dealt with heirs from various backgrounds and ages. She managed to handle our diverse personalities, while continually negotiating for us. Her knowledge of raw land and expertise in facilitating the processes of due diligence made this a much easier experience. I am truly grateful for her assistance.

We first worked with Christina when the husband was doing a geo-bachelor stint and bought a townhouse at a bargain. Christina Ashbury was a godsend to us!!! We bought our home in Hampstead from out of state during Covid 19. We had to rely completely on her to be our eyes and ears during the transaction.
