This is the second home that Christin has sold for us. We had a tight timeline plus all of the market factors going on right now. We. trusted Christin to take total control over the process from preparing the property for sale (arranging and meeting vendors) and aggressive marketing and negotiations, and got the home sold faster than imagined. We were referred to Christin by others. She is one amazing lady! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She was always available for us and was never bothered by us asking questions. Christin is an excellent realtor. Where do I even start? When I started my journey of moving my family to Nevada from Hawaii, I was linked up with Christin through my brother. She went above and beyond in finding us a place to rent prior to moving. She went as far as going to a dozen different houses, taking pictures and excellent video, and giving her take on every house.
