I can say, without a doubt, Christin Coffin is the BEST realtor in the entire ATLANTA area. The story of how we found her is very unique. My husband and I were residing in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. We would fly down to Atlanta at least every 3 weeks to visit our first grandson. Christin did a phenomenal job on our new home purchase. She was able to get closing costs completely covered and several other items addressed prior to closing. The process was seamless. I'll use her for all my future transactions in Real Estate. 10/10, 5 stars, etc!
Christin is the epitome of a realtor. She is on point with EVERY aspect of selling a home. She took care of everything. Closed in roughly 14 days without having to lift a finger. Such a wonderful experience. There is nowhere else to look except to her.
Christin did a fabulous job for us. After a walk through of our house, she gave us a list of changes we could do that would make the house sell quickly and at the best price. We did what she said, and it paid off. We got multiple offers, and the house sold in 3 days for more than our asking price. Throughout the process of listing, negotiations and closing she kept us advised of everything and made good suggestions. Her professional knowledge and guidance throughout the sale were much needed and much appreciated.
