Brian Lopes is a terrible human. Had called to request a tour. This guy just started accusing me of trying to sublease and threatened to kick out. When I politely said I am no longer interested to end the conversation, instead of letting it go, he says “That’s what I thought”. Hard to believe someone like this can be in this business.
Kunal is the worst agent I’ve ever seen. He has ZERO respect for the tenants. He doesn’t show up when he gave showings. He just let clients enter on their own. Sometimes it’s not good time for tenant to accommodate showings due to work schedules or other commitments. Kunal’s team will send several emails to push tenants to accommodate their clients even after knowing their inconveniences. I will give 1/10 for his team.
