Overall, I wanted to give this place a chance but after my last visit, I will not be returning. I had a necklace clasp break so I took it to them for a repair since they had cleaned it for me before. Everything went well until pickup. Upon pickup, the old clasp was gone, which assumed it would be, and so I asked what the trade value was. At this point, a direct answer could not be given besides, “it was factored into the final price.” This right here signals to me several things. 1. After more than 20 years of marriage it was time to have my engagement ring reset. I spent years trying to find the perfect ring and then I found Christie’s Fine Jewelry. Jim and Sue treated me like family and designed the most incredible ring. I could not have imagined anything more perfect and I almost don’t feel worthy of wearing it, it is so stunning!! Christie’s is a wonderful jewelry store in Manchester, CT. The owners are welcoming and attentive and offer beautiful jewelry, watches and estate jewelry. I contacted the store to find out if I could sell my grandmothers estate items and we set a date to look over the items. I was able to sell the antique silverware, bowls, platters and items too numerous to mention at very fair price. It was a pleasure doing business with Christie’s and highly recommend!

After almost 36 years of marriage, I went to Christie’s to have my engagement ring reset. I talked with Jim about what I wanted and he made knowledgeable, helpful suggestions. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I like the fact that Jim really listened to me, helped to guide me and I ended up with a beautiful ring I now actually want to wear. I highly recommend Christie’s Jewelers.

After my husbands passing I wanted to somehow wear his wedding ring along with mine. Christie’s came up with a wonderful design that I absolutely love and cherish. They made a necklace & put both our rings together & were able to incorporate mine & my husbands birthstones along with our children’s, their spouses & our grandchildren! Their workmanship & knowledge of jewelry is exceptional. I would highly recommend Christie’s Fine for any of your jewelry needs.

Amazing! My fiancé took on the ring hunt with the help of Jim at Christie's Fine Jewelry and surprised me with a simple, timeless, custom ring. The ring radiates and thanks to Christie's we have a perfect expression of our forever love. I cannot recommend Jim and the team at Christine's enough. Finally found that "Love of a Lifetime"....and the PERFECT ring to match...Thanks to Sue & Jim at Christie's Fine. They were so helpful in finding the one ring for our unique situation. They guided us in type of metal, sizing, and diamonds. I loved that they helped my "Fiancé " to surprise me too. It all I've ever wanted.
