Located in the 14th floor of Sheraton, this SPA is the best one in falls.
I stayed at the Fallsview Hotel with my dad back in August, and we came to the spa twice. I got a massage by Shasteen Clarke, and it was absolutely amazing! I have been getting massages at least 6 times a year for decades now, and this might have been one of the best massages I've ever had! Not only was Shasteen amazing at her technique, she also was very in tune with my body and pinpointed where my stress was without me even telling her! i booked a massage (head, neck, shoulders) and ice bulb treatment for puffiness. Juliana was one of the best masseuses I have known, thorough and just the right amount of depth/pressure. The ice bulb treatment did reduce the puffiness around my eyes. All the staff I dealt with were friendly without being cloying and efficient.
