The aestheticians are very professional, knowledgeable and well trained in their craft. However, this is NOT a top tier spa. It took two days to get through to the front desk even after leaving messages. We were welcomed to the spa by the front desk and given keys to our lockers with no other instruction other than, tap the key. It was not that easy at least three other women were also struggling with this not so simple task.
