I went to see Dr. Cole Christie after I had surgery on my foot to have bone spurs removed. It was painful for me to walk after my surgery. Dr. Christie put me on a program of various foot exercises and foot massage, to relax the tightened muscles in my foot. Dr. Christie is an excellent physical therapist and he knew exactly how to massage my foot to give me the most benefit. The physical therapy sessions were enormously helpful to me. From 2007 - 2008 Cole babies both of my knees after complete reconstruction on an almost daily basis. Had it not been for him I don’t know that I could’ve ever walked down a flight of stairs again. 10 years later, still doing it!
First ever visit and Cole was awesome to have worked with me. 5 stars is the least I could say!
In 2013, Hazel worked her magic to get me walking again after I fell off a ledge while hiking in the mountains. I had a complex injury to my foot and ankle that required several months of therapy to resolve. Most recently, Cole has helped me with a persistent problem with my neck, as well as a shoulder injury. If you appreciate the benefits of manual therapy, this is the place to go.
Hazel has reduced my pain more in a couple of weeks than another physical therapist did in three months. Also, Hazel, Cole Christie and everyone who works there are the most pleasant people to be around. Simply put, Christie Physical Therapy will get results and you feeling great again. I highly and without reservation recommend them.
