I was shamed and told my “not showing up for an appointment” will stay on your record. I tried to understand why this happened and never resolved this statement. I am not a disrespectful person and felt these comments deeply. I paid for my visit and the one they said I did not show up for. I can not feel comfortable to be treated by your facility in the future. I truly miss Dr Edling which was my previous doctor for many years. Now this is a part of your record. Thank you for asking.
Dr Choi is the best! She takes her time in explaining each procedure that will be done. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t rush you to get finished with your visit!
She is very competent, knowledgeable, and has an impeccable bedside manner.
