Given a bill of $50 for a consultation where I was told I could not be helped for a solvable issue for my wife, which was against the fine print on what is billable as no medical advice was given. If a Dr is not in their hours they should not pick up just to charge people paying out of pocket. If they are willing to do that to someone having a medical emergency and provide no help, imagine what they would do with over charging if they COULD help. He failed my Son who has Schizophrenia. My son is now in jail in AZ. He encouraged my son to taper off his med. This is a failure and his medical license should be revoked.
The therapist are good but the doctors and support staff are horrible. Dr. Todd Christiansen handed me over to another psychiatrist without even notifying me, after starting to taper off of Xanax. I was on 1 mg 3 times a day as needed. Then .50 twice a day now this new doctor has placed me at 0.25 but only gave me 40 pills, again not notifying me.
