Super disappointing already. I have been waiting for months for my appointment and on December 31st I receive a voicemail stating that they were canceling my appointment because I hadn’t answered the phone (they called 2 times over a holiday). Thank God I saw the voicemail before they gave my appointment to someone else. If I was at work or my phone was broken, I could have lost the appointment that I’ve already taken off work for. The high risk doctors are great. The residents are clueless and should not be left alone with high risk patients.
Bad receptionists , good doctors. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful, never can schedule an appointment even for existing clients even if I ask weeks in advance. They just never have anything available unless you are there physically and ask to schedule next appointment. Then they have availability and next week and even tomorrow. Just choose another office for better service
As an established patient of this practice, I’ve been very disappointed with the communication as of lately. Today I received a second cancellation the day prior to my scheduled appointment. Although, I was offered the opportunity to reschedule once again I will not be doing so as I am finding the certainty of my appointment to be unreliable. At this time, I am considering leaving this practice. Not only have the phone staff been not so friendly, but now the cancellation of appointments a day prior is not acceptable.
I am very disappointed with the communication at this office. The nurse practitioner did not respond in a timely manner—we waited almost two days for a call back and never received one. The front desk staff is also not very responsive, and it’s very difficult to reach anyone by phone. This lack of communication makes it very frustrating as a patient.
