The nurses I met were very nice, but this place is awful at communicating, usually failing to do so unless you manage to reach out first. Recently, I needed a relatively simple procedure done. They set the appointment without my knowledge or filling me in on what to expect. My Wife was in serious pain. We were there from 6pm to 2:30am. One doctor that was available. Totally unacceptable!!! The lack of staff hurts your patients and inconveniences them. Totally understand why this hospital gets bad reviews
Dr. Tansley is awesome. I just started seeing her and I picked a good one. Very respectful and I feel she doesn't rush you like other doctors do. She listens to your concerns and questions. Wish there were more doctors like her.
