I currently see Kalia Avery-Cole & she is amazing. The entire team that I’ve encountered are all awesome and I enjoy coming into the office to be seen.
Dr. Smith is amazing! She really takes time to talk with patients, assesses needs and is really genuine and honest about care. I felt very comfortable and truly supported.
I’m going to start this review by admitting fault to being 17 minutes late and they only have a 15 minutes grace period. Ok. However, I called in advance to let them know I’d be running late, I can’t help that my kid woke up sick on the day of my appointment. The woman on the phone was not kind or understanding one bit. I am in Dover and had to call all around Delaware for this appointment and still had to wait 1.5 months for it. I’m in the process of a surrogacy journey and need immediate OB clearance.
