So upset with this place cant even get into see anyone, they have called me to reschedule 3 times, I really need to see someone. Im going to look for someone else
I accidentally came in here looking a office that was just next door and I have to say the front desk staff is extremely rude. If that’s how they treat lost patients I can imagine how they treat their own patients. I must say for a clinic that works with the publicher lack of patience is concerning and her tone is very aggressive.
My midwife , Michelle is amazing. She answers all my questions thoroughly and if I ever need anything with my present pregnancy if it is safe and effective she delivers remarkably. This is not my first pregnancy but since the times I have conceived she’s done an amazing job.
Whoever the front desk person is. Her attitude sucks. She should not be working a front desk position. My daughter had an appointment. Showed up on time and was told that her appointment was canceled. Due to dr having emergency with straight attitude. Didn't call to let her know appointment was canceled. So she showed up not knowing. That girl is very unprofessional and needs to have some education on how to talk to people. She was very very rude. And this isn't the 1st time this has happened at this location.
Updating: Same great review - wish I could give more stars. The entire staff I interacted with are amazing people. They are intelligent, professional, friendly, and accomodating. Dr. Smith is absolutely amazing and I wish this world could have more doctors like Dr. Smith. One appointment in and it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. The facility was clean and quiet. The physician was kind and attentive.
